XRM Hosted system implementation from E-Consulting company in the advertizing Center group is complete. The project is developed and put into operation in a short space of time.
The project on implementation of a XRM system was traditionally begun with the description of business processes in the enterprise customer. Then per host site for the advertizing Center group the solution allowing to manage sales process and customer service of the customer was built. A system provides a full range of the basic CRM functions, such as joint work and consolidation of data on each client – his history, each element of interaction of personnel of the company with personnel of the client. As a basis for project implementation the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system is applied.
