History

1991: Privatization of the enterprise

A turning point in the history of the company: in 1991, ordinary employees of the enterprise, as well as representatives of the scientific and medical sphere, create a joint-stock company TZMO JSC, which buys the property of the enterprise from the state.

1951: State enterprise "Torun Dressing Plant" is established

In 1951, in the Polish city of Torun, by order of the Ministry of Defense and the Central Directorate for the Supply of Mining, the production of dressings began. It was planned that after the completion of the order, production would be closed within 6 months, but due to the high quality of work, new tasks appeared. The state-owned enterprise Torun Dressing Plant is being created, which already in the mid-1960s began to conquer foreign markets. During this time, TZMO products are delivered to Europe, Africa and Vietnam.
