2021: Launch of a digital feldsher-midwife station in Udmurtia

In Udmurtia, the presentation of "Villages of the Future," a joint project of Sber and the government of the republic, took place. The purpose of the joint project is to make the countryside attractive and comfortable for people, and the agro-industrial business is modern, technological and highly efficient. This was reported on December 16, 2021 in Sber.

One of the key infrastructure facilities of the Village of the Future was a digital feldsher-midwife station. The project applies and pilots key solutions and technologies of the Sber health industry. Remote monitoring of patients from SberHealth allows doctors to monitor the health indicators of residents of Pikhtovka with chronic non-communicable diseases in real time and respond in time to possible deterioration.

Every resident of the village and nearby areas can now use the Sber Eapteka drug delivery service and get access to a wide range of drugs, including rare and scarce ones, with delivery to the village or to a nearby pharmacy. Developments based on artificial intelligence from the CST group of companies and SberMedAI make it possible to optimize the process of making diagnoses, remove routine processes from doctors and generally improve the quality of medical services, they said in Sber.

Digitalization of healthcare undoubtedly leads to qualitative changes in care delivery and health control. Of course, improvement of legislation is still required, but I am sure that the accumulated statistical data, positive feedback from doctors, residents and regional leaders will allow us to increase the use of digital services in healthcare, improve the quality of medical consultations and launch convenient and useful services, "said Olga Golodets, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank.

We piloted six products from Sber and have already hired SberHealth. I will immediately say - the experience with the introduction of modern equipment and technologies in Pichtovka was successful. In 2022, we will connect 24,000 patients to this product. I thank the Sber team and personally German Oskarovich for supporting this direction in Pikhtovka, "said Alexander Brechalov, Head of the Udmurt Republic.

The digital paramedic-obstetric center monitors patients with chronic non-communicable diseases, such as arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The system works both with a voice robot developed by a group of CST companies that calls patients and collects health information, as well as with wearable medical devices that allow you to automatically collect, process and analyze patient health data and immediately transfer them to a medical professional. If deviations from the norm are detected, the specialist will contact the patient in the application SberHealth or by phone. The monitoring platform is already operating in more than 38 regions of the country.

Another development of the CST group of companies that is used in the FAP is Voice2Med - a product based on artificial intelligence, which allows you to fill out medical documents in real time, converting the doctor's voice into text. The solution saves medical professionals from routine, allows them to focus on research, saves 22% of the time on filling out medical documents. The accuracy of recognition of medical terms in the system is 98%. For December, the Voice2Med service is used in medical institutions already in 62 regions of Russia, available for doctors of various specialties: radiologists, cardiologists, surgeons.

Also, the medical institution uses the development of the company SberMedAI. Smart physician assistant "TOP-3" helps doctors make a preliminary diagnosis. Based on the patient's complaints, the AI service determines the three most likely diagnoses from 265 groups of diseases - this is 95% of all possible diagnoses of Russians when first contacting a doctor. The FAP uses an algorithm for decoding cardiogram data, which provides the opportunity to send the cardiogram shot at the point to the Votkinsk City Hospital and in just a few minutes get a decryption of its results and a decision to automatically complete ultrasound protocols.
