2021: Development of the printing equipment fleet

On December 16, 2021, X-Com announced the completion of the project for the development of a fleet of printing equipment of the Municipal State Budgetary Institution of Education "Centralized Accounting for the Maintenance of Institutions of the Education Committee of the Murmansk Administration" (MBUO Central Bank). The organization's infrastructure has implemented dozens of printers that meet the requirements of its business processes.

The company became the contractor of the project as a result of winning the open competition. Along with the price proposal, the tender commission evaluated the experience of candidates in implementing projects for the of public institutions educational sector. X-Com confirmed the competencies and stated project experience, offered the best conditions among the participants for the implementation of the project and received the right to conclude a state contract.

During the project, the work processes of the institution were analyzed, as well as the structure of its internal and external paper flow. Based on the data obtained, a set of recommendations for scaling the fleet of printing equipment was developed, a list of requirements for the performance, cost of ownership and operation of new devices was formulated. As a result, additional OKI D432dn printers are integrated into the customer's information system as the most fully meeting the identified requirements. The equipment is integrated into the information system of the institution, all necessary commissioning and testing at the customer's site have been completed.
