2020: Implementation of "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP"

As a result of performed works:

• General settings "1C: Document flow 8 CORP" have been made;
• Initial loading of NSIs is performed;
• Roles have been developed and user access rights have been set up for the parent organization, branches and DSS;
• 30 document types have been set up;
• Set up 13 templates for AutoComplete document forms;
• Set up 22 business process templates for document processing;
• Set up the use of the Electronic Signature in internal and external document flow;
• Automated processing and storage of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including between different legal entities in the same information base. This made it possible to abandon the physical transfer of official letters between organizations within the holding. The letter is created in electronic form, signed by the PI and automatically uploaded to the incoming document of the corresponding type (according to the receiving organization);
• Automated preparation and processing of organizational and administrative, information, reference and contractual documentation (preparation, verification, approval, signing, registration, familiarization, storage and execution control);
• Integration of "1C: Document Turnover 8 KORP" and "Contour.Focus" was implemented to implement the principle of due diligence in concluding transactions (control of financial viability and other parameters of counterparties using third-party services);
• Seamless integration of "1C: Document flow 8 KORP" and "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management"
• Instructions have been developed, user training has been conducted.
