2020: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0"

The following processes have been automated within the project:

• separate accounting of production costs and calculation of cost of sales in the context of contracts, including under GOZ contracts;
• calculation of the actual cost of production in the context of contracts, with the possibility of conducting a plan-factual analysis;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• cash management, accounting of payments under contracts under the BARS (maintaining the requirements of federal law N 275-FZ of 29.12.2012);
• accounting of the contract base;
• preparation of reports on the progress of contracts under the BARS;
• warehousing, purchasing planning

The application solution provides support for the methodology of separate accounting of the financial and economic activities of the organization when executing contracts of the state defense order (GOZ). The methodology is based on the use of areas of activity, when each contract is represented by a separate area of ​ ​ activity. The resultant report "Execution of BARS Contracts" is presented.

During automation, the directories State Contracts and Areas of Activity were filled out, data on contracts (indication of areas of activity and BARS) were systematized, settings for accounting for separation by areas of activity in warehouses and in production were included.
