Tasks
Provision of technical support services for the automated system for analysis, assessment and forecasting of emergency situations at nuclear industry facilities (ANSOAO NPP).
- The system is designed to combine the functionality of a number of existing automated systems, provide modern tools for collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing data on nuclear and radiation safety indicators
- Scope of application of ANSOAO NPP - monitoring of current situation and emergency (emergency) situations at the facilities of the State Corporation Rosatom"" and adjacent zones (state display, analysis of emergency consequences, planning of measures in case of NS/emergency)
ANSOAO IVS consists of the following modules:
- Industry Reference Data
- Radiation monitoring
- Receiving and submitting reports
- Regulatory documentation
- Monitoring of the current state of nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities
- Monitoring of threats to nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities
- Processing and analysis of information on PB, disaster management
- Monitoring of foreign economic activity
- Monitoring, media including search engine
- Geographic Information System
- Ensuring interaction between members of the industry emergency commission and expert groups
Purpose
The main task of Rosatom SCC is the systematic collection, comprehensive analysis and presentation of information on the state of Rosatom state corporation organizations in normal operation and in case of emergency situations. In this regard, the Rosatom SCC required a software complex for monitoring and ensuring the accident-free functioning of all facilities in the nuclear industry. The analytical system should contain tools for monitoring the situation in the industry, operational data analysis, predictive analytics and planning for disaster management.
Project
The system of analysis, assessment and forecasting of emergency situations at nuclear facilities combines a number of integrated systems and provides the following tasks in a single interface:
- Prompt acquisition of radiation, chemical and meteorological monitoring data.
- Ensuring the operation of the on-line duty person with the help of a specialized panel for monitoring the situation at the industry facilities.
- Prompt industry awareness for decision makers.
- Mapping of emergency situations and situation at ROSATOM Group of Companies.
- Preparation of information materials on radiation, environmental, fire, seismic, flood and other conditions.
- Ensuring risk modeling and forecasting.
Result
- Collection of daily reports from more than 100 nuclear industry enterprises
- 60 measurement systems are displayed
- Reference data are aggregated for more than 4,000 Rosatom enterprises
- Automated processes for assessing the state of facilities and predicting the risks of equipment failure
- Increased accuracy of forecasts and analytical reports by using a complete and high-quality data set
- Single interface to manage integrated systems
- Fast execution of tasks by users: information input, control and retrieval operations are simple and time-consuming
- Differentiation of access is ensured: each user of the system receives information taking into account the specifics of his activities and the range of tasks
- Color and sound alarms indicate that events have occurred in the system modules requiring user attention
