2021: Implementation of the FSIS InStock module
At the Seryshev production complex, InStock Technologies completed the implementation of the Instock FGIS module for integration with the MT GIS mandatory marking system. This was announced by InStock Technologies on December 22, 2021.
The implementation of the FSIS InStock was carried out for 9 production lines producing dairy products, integration with PAK level L2 was carried out.
The FGIS InStock system in the production process provides:
- Request of milk marking codes from MT GIS for direct printing, labeling, application through service provider
- Track the lifetime of codes before the posting report.
- Generation of production tasks by production lines
- Transfer of milk marking codes to the production line for printing to the L2 system.
- Formation of labels and their departure on the printer from InStock FSIS - for the line with manual drawing.
- Calculation of quantity and generation of aggregation codes of boxes for product packaging.
- Load data from the L2 system on aggregation of marking codes into boxes and pallets.
- Generation and sending to GIS MT reports on application of dairy product labeling codes
- Generation and sending to the GIS MT reports on the commissioning of the plant's products.
In this production, direct marking codes are used, packaging is used, which is made in the printing house with the codes printed on it and labels with codes coming in rolls from the printing house. For all options, there are their own features in the processes of sending a report on the application of codes and entering products into circulation.
For direct printing, the codes are ordered through the FSIS InStock. InStock The FGIS receives codes, automatically sets the expiration date of the codes before the generation of the application report from the calculation of 30 days from the moment of issue.
If the codes are printed in the printing house, then InStock FGIS codes will be recorded by a separate process of receiving rolls from the printing house. On such codes will be set the date of end of life before application at the rate of 365 days.
A veterinary code certificate must be specified to enter data matrix marking codes. The Honest Sign will check for this certificate for the specified item code (gtin), and, only if it is available, will allow entry into sales.
At the end of the shift, the company issues a certificate on the production report per shift. At 1C that time, the certificate is issued one per production batch. The InStock system binds the certificate to all CM with the given batch and production task and sends the necessary data to the Fair Sign.
The integration of the FSIS InStock system with the PAC was carried out. Fully automated ordering of marking codes, printing control for direct application on products, putting products into circulation. Automated operation with marking codes obtained from the printing house. There is an accurate exchange of data with the Honest Sign system.
