On December 22, 2021, it became known that the Obninsk Scientific and Production Enterprise Technologiya named after A. G. Romashina appealed to the police with a statement about the disappearance of 10 T-500 light agricultural aircraft with a total cost of about 165 million rubles.

According to RBC First Deputy General Director of Technologiya Alexei Budykin, aircraft ordered from the Kazan company MVEN disappeared. The disappearance was discovered during a forensic examination. Nine out of ten aircraft were under arrest as part of consolidated enforcement proceedings to collect debts from MWEN to the budget and other collectors.

According to the statement, a pre-investigation check is being carried out, the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service for Tatarstan said. They specified that the audit is carried out on the grounds of embezzlement, alienation, concealment or illegal transfer of property that has been subjected to inventory or arrest (Article 312 of the Criminal Code). According to the results of the audit, a procedural decision will be made, the press service said. The press service of Rostec reported that "they are ready to provide the necessary assistance to the investigating authorities, as well as take the entire range of measures to protect the legal rights of our enterprise."

The ONPP Technologiya recalled that the basis for the litigation was violations of the terms of the contract by MVENA when supplying aircraft to the customer - Technologiya: disruption of delivery deadlines and unilateral changes made to the design of the aircraft, as well as non-compliance of aircraft with the specification prescribed in the terms of delivery and in the type certificate on board.

The T-500 aircraft can be used, for example, to inspect large industrial facilities, affect weather, treat forests from pests and eliminate oil spills.

Under the agreement, serial production of the T-500 should be carried out by ONPP Technologiya, which is part of the RT-Khimkomposit holding, together with the Kazan company MVEN. The partners intended to produce at least 60 field air units per year.[1]
