2019: Management of specialized Komatsu equipment service using 1C: TOIR and mobile application

The process of preparing for automation of repair management began in 2019. Desnol Soft specialists implemented the 1C: TOIR 2 CORP system, ensured integration with the 1C: Trade Management program, and also developed a corporate mobile application, which has become an integral part of the technology maintenance process. Today, Sumitek International actively uses 1C: TOIR 2 KORP and mobile application as an effective solution for automating the work carried out by the repair and service enterprise.

1C: TOIR maintains a register of equipment, documentation, costs, asset history. Operation specialists receive operational information about the current state of the equipment. The system accumulates objective statistics on the results of M&R activities, forms plans and schedules for inspection and repair of equipment, requests for the supply of materials and services. Specialists have the ability to monitor the effectiveness of M&R operations, maintain and analyze records of the results of inspections of equipment for carrying out preventive measures.

All this makes it possible to provide high-level maintenance of Sumitek International customers. System 1C: TOIR is deployed in six divisions in each branch from the northwest to the Far East.
