2017: Creation of a unified automated system for planning and monitoring repairs of energy equipment at PJSC Gazprom Neft

The project was implemented in August 2017 in cooperation ITSC with (Information Technology Service Company), a subsidiary of PJSC. During the Gazprom-Neft implementation project 1C: TOIR 2 CORP in PJSC "" Gazprom oil 100 workplaces are automated.

For effective control and convenience of obtaining information on repair and maintenance works, material (materials, tools and equipment) and labor (qualification, employee permits) resources, a module for operational management of work and resource consumption has been introduced. Integration with 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, 1C-KSU: NSI Management, KSU NSI PD, Sapphire ERP system on SAP platform is implemented.

Implementation industry: fuel and energy complex.

Project scale: 120,000 repair objects

Project Results

  • A unified base of NSIs (normative and reference information) was created in 1C: TOIR
    • The possibility of operational monitoring of repairs (including the appointment of performers and material planning) has become possible,
    • Increased transparency of M&R processes.

  • Balance between equipment reliability and maintenance costs

    • analysis of costs for specific types of repairs, repair objects, as well as for the entire maintenance area, for example, in percentage ratio with the previous period.
