2021: Implementation of Konica Minolta Dispatcher Suite

JSC Electropult Plant, the Russian producer of electric equipment, introduced professional program obespecheniyedispatcher Paragon from Konica Minolta. This became known on December 23, 2021. The solution allowed the company to centrally manage users of the printing infrastructure and optimize printing costs. Product integration was carried out by Konica Minolta |

As of December 2021, twenty-nine printing devices were commissioned at Electropult, including Konica Minolta.

Now the security of data and the collection of statistics on user actions is ensured through the mandatory authentication of employees on each MFI. Authentication takes place using contactless cards - similar ones are used by company employees to go to the office. As a result of the implementation of access control, printed documents immediately fall into the hands of the owners, and forgotten or printed by mistake no longer accumulate in the printer tray.

With the Dispatcher Paragon software solution, each employee group now has its own print rules to optimize its hardware. Machine displays have been configured so that the user sees only the most necessary functions - this also helps to optimize the work with printed documents.

By the end of 2021, Electropult plans to introduce into its processes a number of additional multifunctional devices manufactured by Konica Minolta, fully compatible with Dispatcher Paragon.

Already in the first months of using Dispatcher Paragon, we reduced direct printing costs by about 30%. It was also possible to minimize the indirect costs incurred due to the loss of prints and the time spent scanning and managing tasks. The load on the IT department was reduced by 45% due to SLA from Konica Minolta and a decrease in the number of incidents, "said Viktor Feting, Chief information officer of Electropult Plant JSC."
