- The process of operational management of serial production has been established. It is possible to obtain transparent and detailed structure of cost of finished products of the enterprise.
- Regulated accounting and tax accounting is organized in a single ERP system based on operational management accounting data.
- The procedure of volume-scheduling of sales, production and procurement is automated.
- Automated budgeting (BDR, BDDS, forecast balance).
- The process of operational monitoring of the accounting status in the system using the system of control indicators is automated.
- Automated operational recording of working time and presence of employees in workplaces.
- Sales processes are automated and integrated into a single ERP system.
- Processes of the MTO department are automated and integrated into a single ERP system.
