2020: Implementation of "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP "

During the first part of the project the following works were performed:

• An optimal business process for the execution of executive orders has been built and automated, which led to an increase in executive discipline in the company
• Integration was made between "1C: Document Flow CORP" and the internal accounting system of the company The the company developed by foreign contractors (specialized for work with insurance cases and claim activities)
• Interface modifications of the system were made in accordance with the specifics and nuances of the Customer's insurance company
• Customer's employees were trained, consultations were provided at system start-up
• Automated business processes covering the loss recovery department, accounting, legal department, methodology department, as well as a number of tasks of all other departments of the company, in particular:
• Processing of insurance certificates according to different scenarios
• Payment Reconciliation
• Procurement harmonization
• Processing of service notes
• Conclusion of contracts
• 50 workplaces are automated.
• The following results have been achieved:
• 30% increase in performance discipline
• Acceleration of payment approval - by 2-3 days
• 80% reduction of interoperability problems
• Solving problems of fuzzy distribution of areas of responsibility and double subordination - 100%

The second part of the project is tentatively planned for the summer of 2021 and will include:

• Processing of internal documents not related to the main activity of the company
• Work with meetings and activities, including minutes of meetings and monitoring of their execution
