Since 2001 CIS Ltd is a certified partner of Microsoft corporation that is predetermined by a course towards use of the software of the undisputed technology leader of information solutions. Most of developers and all system administrators in our command are the certified specialists and have the statuses Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified SolutionDeveloper or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. Continuous training always was and remains a priority in development of a human capital of our company.

On the basis of scientific works of our employees and rich practical experience of implementation as fall of 2002 CIS Ltd submitted on the market the replicated software product – CIS: Budgeting 1.0 which is delivered in a complex with methodical ensuring budget planning. Results of implementation of PMK were highly appreciated both at the enterprises, and at Department of economy and regional development of Financial Academy at the Government of the Russian Federation.

At the beginning of 2003 PMK CIS: Budgeting it was added with the module of CIS: The financial analysis which is on sale and as an independent product. CIS: The financial analysis allows to make in full the analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The given opportunity of adaptation and expansion of basic tools was highly appreciated by the most initiative economists of the enterprises.

By 2004 except the replicated software products our company accumulated experience in the field of individual custom information products, IT of outsourcing, the Solutions for the Internet. Our team of consultants are professors and associate professors, candidates of economic and technical science, professionals in economy, management, information technology field. In the spring of 2007 development of the new version of PMK CIS is finished: Budgeting 2.0 which successfully underwent approbation at the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical company Norilsk Nickel. 2008 - the beginning of "boxed" sales.

Long-term experience and scientific knowledge allowed us to prepare for the edition the book "Budgeting: the theory and practice", UMO by training recommended in 2008 in the field of finance, accounting and world economy as the manual for students of higher educational institutions.

In 2009 PMK CIS: Budgeting became the winner of the All-Russian tender "100 best goods of Russia". The victory in the All-Russian tender is not only recognition of quality of PMK CIS: Budgeting, but also the general appreciation of all quality management system of CIS Ltd – from production before technical support of users.
