As a result of the project, an automated VGO reconciliation system was introduced, consisting of the following functional units:
- Loading of accounting data from external accounting systems;
- Comparison of regulatory reference information;
- Reconciliation and matching of accounting data;
- Broadcast to IFRS and resolve disagreements;
- Report on settlement balances and turnover for the reporting period by company pairs and consolidated throughout the Group.
Automation of the process of reconciliation of intra-group operations made it possible to solve the following main tasks:
- Minimization of manual labor;
- Reduction of costs and timing of reconciliation;
- Reduce the risk of errors.
