Molga Consulting sales manager Natalya Ivanova sued the company for illegal dismissal and won the case. So, the order for reinstatement was signed by Molga Consulting only on December 17, that is, a month after the court decision, and the manager still has not received salary arrears of 1,253,687,,76 rubles.

I hoped that we could agree with the company, and after the court decision the money would be paid, so I did not take the execution sheet and did not transfer it to the bailiff service.
