The sales manager dismissed from Molga Consulting recovered and is trying to receive compensation of 1.25 million rubles

Molga Consulting sales manager Natalya Ivanova sued the company for illegal dismissal and won the case. She was fired from the company on April 2, 2021 on the basis of disciplinary sanctions from 12.03.2021, from 24.03.2021, from 26.03.2021 and from 02.04.2021. The Simonovsky District Court of Moscow, in which the case was heard, on November 16 declared the dismissal illegal and demanded that the employee be reinstated, as well as collect salary arrears and compensation for non-pecuniary damage (TAdviser has a court decision).

At the same time, as Natalya Ivanova told TAdviser, the company has not yet fully implemented the court decision. So, the order for reinstatement was signed by Molga Consulting only on December 17, that is, a month after the court decision, and the manager still has not received salary arrears of 1,253,687,,76 rubles.

I hoped that we could agree with the company, and after the court decision the money would be paid, so I did not take the execution sheet and did not transfer it to the bailiff service. However, the company was in no hurry to pay and in mid-December I was forced to launch the recovery procedure, "Natalya Ivanova told TAdviser.

According to Ivanova, she came to the company in early 2020, and already in March the employees were transferred to the "remote." The conflict arose in November of the same year, when Molga Consulting employees were asked to sign additional agreements to the labor contract, which, according to Ivanova, worsened the terms of the contract. As a result, she and the personnel service of Molga Consulting could not agree. In March, Natalya Ivanova received three disciplinary sanctions, and from April 2, on their basis, she was dismissed.
