The equipment developed by the company "" RP - Trusted platforms of RK("daughter" Rostec") is designed to protect the health of employees during large physical exertions, as well as to work with dimensional equipment or in a limited space.

According to the press service of Rostec, Rosseti received the first batch of industrial exoskeletons. As part of the pilot project, the devices will be involved in the Cable Network and Gatchina Electric Networks branches, and after the first quarter of 2022 a decision will be made on a possible expansion of the use of the device.

In particular, Rostec exoskeletons will be worn by workers on the grounding of overhead power lines, when clearing vegetation on clearings and transferring heavy materials and tools.

The family of exoskeletons ProEXO, created by RT - Trusted Platforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was presented in September 2020. These are modular solutions for a wide variety of physical activities. In general, the development allows you to protect the health of workers during large physical exertions, as well as when working with dimensional equipment or in a limited space. It is claimed that thanks to the exoskeleton, an employee will feel the load half as easily as he really is. The exoskeleton design uses composite materials and parts printed on a 3D printer.

The use of industrial exoskeletons and other components of robotics and sensors is an important component of the integrated work to improve the working conditions of the company's production personnel. During the pilot project, we will work out all possible options for using exoskeletons, "said Andrei Mayorov, First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of Rosseti.[1]
