Rostelecom, together with Unitech LLC, introduced the ESMP system for the Russian Fishery Company. Rostelecom announced this on December 29, 2021.

During the project, end-to-end authorization of users of various domains was set up, which allowed employees of companies participating in the project to gain quick, secure access to information resources and IT services. The result is a significant reduction in the time required to find the information needed to perform business processes. Now you can process personnel and IT requests, get help, access, leave applications for stationery and equipment in single window mode. In addition, employees can see the news feed of the company and its subsidiaries.

Rostelecom and Unitech specialists have set up processes for managing the level of services, incidents and changes in IT departments, as well as implemented analytical graphic panels that display performance indicators of various service services and processes.

The implementation of the IT metrics analytical panel system allows you to see online the current status of processing service requests, employee load and SLA compliance, increasing the efficiency of decision-making by Customer's management.
