2021: Implementation of "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP "

Project Results:

• Increased information security: a single electronic archive of documents eliminates the risks of unauthorized access and data leakage;
• Outgoing and incoming documents are registered in a single information base. It is easier for employees to keep records of received documents, the number of shortcomings in working with documents has decreased, it has become easier to generate reports;
• Automated operation with contracts. Thanks to the configured standard chains, all stages (preparation, approval, confirmation, accounting and control) pass in a short time, reports on the control of contract execution dates are generated;
• Reduced volume of paper document flow;
• A transparent document flow system has been created. On-line management receives a summary of the status of current assignments, monitors tasks and monitors their timely execution. This increased productivity and saved time.
