Such specialists can combine all their organizations in service into one group. This means that the accountant does not need to constantly switch between the accounts of his clients. When you enter External, the accountant immediately gets access to the statements of all organizations that he maintains, on one screen controls their reports and payments, performs a reconciliation with the budget for all companies at once.

When the accountant stops working with the client, he does not have difficulties with transferring the reporting archive. He disconnects the company from the group, and the client reissues the certificate and continues to report to government agencies through his External account, where all his documents are saved.

With an independent purchase by an accountant software , there are disadvantages - the price for outsourcing services is formed from the cost of the accountant's services and the cost of buying reporting programs. An accountant on a simplified 6% tax system cannot deduct purchase costs. ON He pays 6% of all income received, including compensation for the purchase of the program, which means he overpays tax. During the pandemic, tax officials did not block bank accounts for violations in the delivery of reports and the exchange of documents with the IFNS. The Government of the Russian Federation approved such measures in a resolution dated 02.04.2020 No. 409. However, from July 1, 2020, sanctions in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 3.2 of article 76 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation are in full force. For example, blocking a settlement account threatens companies for being late with tax returns for more than 10 days or if an electronic receipt for accepting documents from the inspection is not sent.

Now the director and accountant can track risk factors automatically. In Kontur.External service "Risk control for business" appeared. The amount of financial assistance is calculated according to the formulas:

  • for organizations = minimum wage (12,130 rubles) * number of employees in March 2020;
  • for individual entrepreneurs with employees = minimum wage (12,130 rubles) * (number of employees in March 2020 + individual entrepreneurs themselves);
  • for individual entrepreneurs without employees = 1 minimum wage (12 130 rubles)

The number of employees is determined according to the data of the report "Information on insured persons" (SZV-M).

On October 22, 2019, SKB Kontur announced that it is now possible to register IP remotely in the Contour Internet reporting system. The service will allow accounting firms to provide business registration services to their business customers without visits to the tax.

The number of new individual entrepreneurs is increasing every year. According to the Federal Tax Service, in 2018 more than 783,000 IP were registered, which is 13% more than in 2017. And if as of October 2019, approximately 19 million people are employed in small business, then, according to the national project plan, by 2024 this figure will increase to 25 million. Thus, the business registration service will continue to be in demand in the field of accounting outsourcing. Now, with the help of Extern, it can be provided directly from the office and not waste time visiting the inspection.

To register a business from Extern, you need to prepare a statement on form P21001, for example, in the FTS program for nalog.ru, and upload the document to the system. Then attach the applicant's documents: scan copies of the passport and the document confirming the address of the place of residence. Before sending a statement to the Federal Tax Service, you must sign an individual's electronic signature certificate. You can monitor the status of the application directly in the system - when the tax one registers the IP, the status "Registered" will be reflected in the External. 2016: Contour.External will form payments from tax returns

SKB Kontur announced in November that subscribers of Kontur.Extern could form a payment order at the stage of checking and sending a tax return to the Federal Tax Service. Usually, an accountant must send a tax return on time and pay tax. To do this, he first fills out the declaration form (VAT, Income Tax, EVND, etc.), where he calculates the amount payable to the budget. Then it sends the reporting and generates a payment order, where it manually transfers the necessary data from the declaration.

You can now generate a payment automatically in Exterior by clicking the Create Payment link. Then you only need to specify your bank details - the name of the bank and the account number. The rest of the system will substitute itself: KBK, tax period, payer status and other data. In addition, the recipient's bank details are pulled into the payment, and the accountant does not need to look for them on his own.

You can go to the creation of a payment order after checking the declaration, or after sending it to the tax inspectorate at all stages of the document flow.

When the payment order is formed, the user can download it in Word format, then print and pay in the bank, or in the form of a special text file to download to the Internet bank.

This is the second opportunity related to the payment of taxes in Kontur.Extern. At the beginning of 2016, the system learned to automatically form payments from claims for tax, fee, penalty, fine. The user only needs to specify his bank details, all other data will be transferred from the External requirement. This scenario saves considerable time and avoids errors that occur when you enter data manually.

2014: Integration with 1C

On April 24, 2014, SKB Kontur announced the development of a reporting module using the Loop-External system directly from system 1C.

The module is designed for users who use 1C and do not want to leave this environment and go to another program to send prepared reports. The module allows you to do all the work in one program, in the usual interface. It is suitable for "1C: Enterprise 8.2" and version 8.3 of "Enterprise Accounting" (revision 2.0).

The module simplifies the operation of users of the Loop-External system:

  • you do not need to save the report to your computer to be uploaded to the system and sent to tax.
  • You can use it to check reports generated in 1C.
  • edit reports in 1C if necessary.

In this case, the information about the submitted reports is stored in the Loop-External system and is available at any time, both from the module and in the system itself.

2012

According to data at the beginning of 2012, the tax reporting system over the Internet "Contour-External" has more than a million subscribers. It is possible to integrate these services with cloud systems of other providers. One example of such integration is the well-known comprehensive "Contour 365" offering, which includes Elbe and Office 365 services.

SKB Kontur announced in May 2012 that users of the Loop-External system had the opportunity to find out the financial condition of a competitor or counterparty.

Users of the Loop-External system can check counterparties in the Loop-Focus. But earlier, the service could only find information directly received from official sources (USRUL and EGRIP, Stategister, Rosstat accounting databases). Now, Contour-Focus has learned to draw conclusions about the financial condition of companies based on accounting data. A new opportunity appeared thanks to the integration of Loop-Focus with the Expert financial analysis service.

Contour-External subscribers will be able to submit tax documents on demand in electronic form

SKB Kontur announced the first steps in integrating two business solutions: the Diadok SaaS service, a system for exchanging electronic documents - and the company's main product, the Loop-External electronic reporting system.

Integration is designed to fully automate the user's work with electronic documents. Having connected to both services, very soon the user will be able in one system not only to send and receive electronic documents from counterparties, but also to form a tax declaration on their basis and send documents to the IFNS at the request of the tax authority as part of a camera or counter-audit, emphasized in "SKB Kontur."

At this stage of integration, it became possible to send so-called information messages to the IFNS, which contain the details of the taxpayer organization and are formed on the basis of applications for participation in electronic document management (EDO). According to the procedure governing the exchange of electronic invoices, the organization must send such a statement to its EDO operator (in Diadok it is automatically generated). In turn, the EDO operator is obliged to form and send through his specialist within three days on the basis of this statement. communication operator to the IFNS information message. Diadok now sends such messages through Loop-External, and the IFNS already has the technical ability to process them, noted in SKB Kontur. Meanwhile, the documents on the claim in the Federal Tax Service promise to learn how to accept before the end of the summer, the company said.

Users of the Loop-External system can now, in response to an electronic requirement, generate an inventory, attach electronic documents unloaded from the EDO system (or scan images of paper documents) to it and send the full package to the IFNS via the Internet. Moreover, all Contour-Extern subscribers have become full-fledged users of the Diadok EDO system: they can sign electronic documents with existing certificates of electronic signatures and exchange them between themselves and any other organizations already working at Diadok. And information about new incoming documents is displayed in the system notification window next to electronic reporting news.

SKB Kontur was included in the list of trusted operators of electronic legally significant document management in 2012. The need to integrate B2G- and B2B-interaction systems in the company was already mentioned at the beginning of 2011, when the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 17.02.2011 No. MMV-7-2/168 @ approved the procedure for submitting documents at the request of the tax authority. The impetus for active development in this direction was the technical opportunity that appeared on the side of all IFNS at the end of 2012 to receive documents in electronic form.

Ability of Circuit-External system subscribers to exchange electronic primary documents

The entire client base of legal entities of the special operator for the delivery of tax reporting (more than half a million companies) received access to a system for the exchange of electronic legally significant documents "Diadok," developed by SKB Kontroy.

For each legal entity-subscriber of the Circuit-External system in Dyadok, a personal account was created, which activates at the first login and takes less than a minute. For branches of organizations, login will be possible after activating the personal office of the head office. The electronic document management of subscribers was carried out as part of the integration of two systems: soon, through the Externa channel, documents can be submitted to the IFNS for verification in electronic form.

2011

In 2011, several important changes occurred in the Contour-External system. First of all, the system subscribers have the opportunity to send tax and financial statements to banks (this is necessary if the company receives a loan). In addition, customers who use electronic digital signature certificates issued by the Certification Center SKB Kontur (and most of them) can now update them directly to the Contour-External without leaving the workplace. Finally, an important innovation has been the Web drive - an Internet-accessible and regularly updated repository of programs needed to work in Loop-External. With it, the accountant can prepare his computer in one click to correctly fill out and send reports. It is possible that in the future the company will be able to abandon ordinary disks altogether and thereby make the work of accountants even more convenient. At the end of 2011, more than 950 thousand enterprises throughout Russia already use the system.

2010

In 2010, the most famous product of SKB Kontur - the electronic reporting system "Kontor-Extern" celebrated its tenth anniversary. The user base of the system increased by 13%. The increase in the number of new connections is directly related to legislative reforms: the replacement of ESN with insurance contributions to the Pension Fund, as well as the transfer of FSS reporting to electronic form.

Overall, the electronic reporting market continued to compete fairly fiercely in 2010. In this regard, SKB Kontur carefully monitored the financial health of customers and made appropriate adjustments to its tariffs. Much attention was paid to the expansion of the Circuit-External functionality. So, since 2010, in addition to the tax service, the Pension Fund and the Federal State Statistics Service, reports through Loop-External can be sent to the Social Insurance Fund. In addition, new useful services for customers were added to the system. One of them - "Expert" - allows you to assess the risk of tax verification of the enterprise according to the criteria approved by the order of the Federal Tax Service.

Customers of the system are many state and municipal institutions of Russia, large enterprises and banks. The development of the Circuit-External system involves state regulatory bodies - tax and fee inspections, branches of the Pension Fund, branches of Rosstat.
