The subsidy will not be paid to those who are in the stage of bankruptcy, liquidation, and for whom a decision was made to exclude from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The amount of financial assistance is calculated using the formulas:

  • for organizations = minimum wage (12,130 rubles) * number of employees in March 2020;
  • for individual entrepreneurs with employees = minimum wage (12,130 rubles) * (the number of employees in March 2020 + the individual entrepreneur himself);
  • for individual entrepreneurs without employees = 1 minimum wage (12,130 rubles)

On October 22, 2019, SKB Kontur announced that it is now Kontur in the Internet reporting system. You can register an individual entrepreneur remotely. The service will allow accounting firms to provide a business registration service to their business clients without visits to the tax office.

The number of new individual entrepreneurs is increasing every year. According to the Federal Tax Service, more than 783,000 individual entrepreneurs were registered in 2018, which is 13% more than in 2017. And if as of October 2019, about 19 million people are employed in small businesses, then, according to the plan of the national project, by 2024 this figure will grow to 25 million. 2016: Kontur.Extern "will form payments from tax returns

SKB Kontur announced in November that subscribers of Kontur.Extern can form a payment order at the stage of verification and sending a tax return to the Federal Tax Service. The rest of the system will substitute itself: CBK, tax period, payer status and other data. In addition, the bank details of the recipient are pulled into the payment, and the accountant does not need to look for them on his own.

You can go to the creation of a payment order after checking the return, or after sending it to the tax office at all stages of document management.

When the payment order is generated, the user can download it in Word format, then print and pay in the bank, or in the form of a special text file to upload it to the Internet bank.

This is the second opportunity related to the payment of taxes in Kontur.Extern. At the beginning of 2016, the system learned to automatically form payments from claims for the payment of tax, fee, penalty, fine. This scenario significantly saves time and avoids errors that occur if you enter data manually.

2014: Integration with 1C

On April 24, 2014, SKB Kontur announced the development of a reporting module using the Kontur-Extreme system directly from the 1C system.

The module is designed for subscribers who use 1C and do not want to leave this environment and switch to another program to send prepared reports. The module allows you to perform all the work in one program, in the usual interface. It is suitable for 1C: Enterprise 8.2 and version 8.3 of Enterprise Accounting (revision 2.0).

The module simplifies the work of users of the Contour-Extreme system:

  • You do not need to save the report on your computer to be uploaded to the system and sent to the tax office.
  • With it, you can check the reports generated in 1C;
  • if necessary, edit reports in 1C.

At the same time, information about sent reports is saved in the Contour-Extreme system and is available at any time, both from the module and in the system itself.

2012

As of the beginning of 2012, the tax reporting system Internet through Kontur-Extreme has more than a million subscribers. It is possible to integrate these services with the cloud systems of other providers. SKB Kontur announced the first steps in integrating two business solutions: the Diadoc SaaS service - a system for exchanging electronic documents - and the company's main product - the Kontur-Extreme electronic reporting system.

The integration is designed to fully automate the user's work with electronic documents. Having connected to both services, very soon the user will be able in one system not only to send and accept electronic documents from counterparties, but also to form a tax return on their basis and send documents to the IFTS at the request of the tax authority as part of a desk or counter-check, stressed in "SKB Kontur."

At this stage of integration, it became possible to send so-called information messages to the IFTS, which contain the details of the taxpayer organization and are formed on the basis of applications for participation in electronic document management (EDM). According to the procedure governing the exchange of electronic invoices, the organization must send such a statement to its EDO operator (it is automatically formed in Diadoc). In turn, the EDO operator is obliged to form and send through its specialist on the basis of this application within three days. communication operator in the IFTS information message. Diadoc now sends such messages through Kontur-Extreme, and the IFTS already has the technical ability to process them, noted in SKB Kontur. Meanwhile, documents on the request to the Federal Tax Service promise to learn how to accept until the end of summer, the company said.

Users of the Contour-Extreme system can now, in response to an electronic requirement, form an inventory, attach electronic documents (or scanned images of paper documents) unloaded from the EDM system to it and send a full package to the IFTS via the Internet. Moreover, all subscribers of Kontur-Eksterna have become full-fledged users of the Diadoc EDO system: they can sign electronic documents with existing certificates of electronic signatures and exchange them with each other and any other organizations already working at Diadoc. And information about new incoming documents is displayed in the system notification window next to the electronic reporting news.

SKB Kontur was included in the list of trusted operators of electronic legally significant document management in 2012. The need to integrate B2G- and B2B interaction systems in the company was already mentioned at the beginning of 2011, when the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 17.02.2011 No. MMV-7-2/168 @ approved the procedure for submitting documents at the request of the tax authority. The impetus for active development in this direction was the technical ability to accept documents in electronic form that appeared on the side of all IFTS at the end of 2012.

Possibility for subscribers of Kontur-Extreme system to exchange electronic primary documents

The entire client base of legal entities of the special operator for the submission of tax reports (more than half a million companies) received access to the system for the exchange of electronic legally significant documents "Diadoc," developed by "SKB Kontur."

For each legal entity-subscriber of the "Contour-Extreme" system, a personal account was created in "Diadoc," the activation of which occurs at the first login and takes less than a minute. For branches of organizations, login will be possible after activating the personal account of the head department. The provision of subscribers with electronic document management was carried out as part of the integration of two systems: soon, through the Externa channel, documents can be submitted to the IFTS for verification in electronic form.

2011

In 2011, several important changes took place in the Contour-Extreme system. In 2010, the most famous product of SKB Kontur, the Kontur-Extreme electronic reporting system, celebrated its tenth anniversary. The user base of the system increased by 13%. Clients of the system are many state and municipal institutions of Russia, large enterprises and banks. The development of the Kontur-Extreme system involves state regulatory bodies - tax and tax inspectorates, branches of the Pension Fund, branches of Rosstat.
