On December 29, 2021, SberMedAI introduced the MDDC Doctor, a digital product to help doctors work daily and support their professional activities. The service is integrated into the Medical Digital Diagnostic Center (MDDC) of the company and includes an algorithm of artificial intelligence, which can process large amounts of data and offer doctors of all specialties the most relevant solutions when making diagnoses and determining how to treat. The AI service includes three solutions.

The first is software that provides access to professional medical information, as well as the ability to compare in real time your own decision when diagnosing a disease with a medical database, clinical standards, recommendations and appointments. The base is integrated with federal (including Uniform State Health Information System) and regional reference systems and is constantly updated.

The second is a system for monitoring the purpose of medical care: a doctor, prescribing medicines, can check with Russian and world experience in the treatment of nosologies, prescribed doses of drugs, their compatibility and interaction.

The third is medical professional liability insurance. The digital assistant will give recommendations on how to avoid mistakes in professional activities. The partner for the implementation of this part of the service is Medpass. A special algorithm developed by SberMedAI analyzes the activities of a doctor, compares appointments with a database and gives the necessary hints. Such analytics of appointments and compliance with clinical standards are an integral part of quality control of care provision, making it transparent. And medical organizations avoid penalties and claims from the territorial bodies of the compulsory medical insurance fund, insurance companies.

The MDDC Doctor service as part of the digital platform of the Medical Digital Diagnostic Center is installed in the form of a plugin on the doctor's workstation. Thus, the doctor does not need to undergo a separate access procedure and special training for working with software equipment, since it is integrated into the familiar interface at his workplace.
