2021: SBIS Corporate Certification Center System Description

According to information as of December 2021, the SBIS Corporate Certification Center allows the organization to issue electronic signatures to employees for signing personnel documents, reporting and primary:

• Leave Orders
• Consignment notes
• internal room
• Cash receipt and expense orders
• Advance reports
• Travel Orders
• Instructions, LAN, PVTR

Unqualified electronic signature

For internal documents - orders, services, instructions, statements - you can use an unqualified EP.

Qualified electronic signature

It must be used for external documents - reporting to government agencies, accounting primary, electronic trading, etc. The responsibility for issuing CEP is greater and the requirements are tougher.

With the help of SBIS, it is possible to issue CEP to employees in the field, but only after checking the data by the Tensor TC expert and issuing a qualified EP certificate.
