The Granel Group of Companies chose the Turkish company Limak Construction as the general contractor for the construction of a business-class residential complex MYPRIORITY Basmanny in the center of Moscow. The main construction work will start at the end of January 2022. The author's project allows you to organically fit the complex into the surrounding architectural context. Sections of variable storeys form a private courtyard with landscape design and a special concept of improvement. Entrance to MYPRIORITY Basmanny is through the design lobby, the stained glass glazing of which opens up the prospect of a green courtyard. The project provides for underground parking and a fitness club, the first floors are given over to commercial and office infrastructure.
