The construction of the production complex was started in 2021 in the South Gate industrial park with the support of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region and the Administration of the Domodedovo City District.

For Kärcher, this facility will be the first plant in Russia. Its total area will be about 12,500 ^m2. The developer is the company Radius Group. The commissioning of the building is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2022, the release of the first Russian models of Kärcher equipment is planned for the end of 2022. The capacity of the facility: 1,500 thousand units of equipment per year.

The building will be built in accordance with the principles of reducing the harmful impact of business on nature and reducing the carbon footprint of companies. The design and construction is carried out in accordance with the requirements of green standards, which will be confirmed by the BREEAM certificate and will allow the building to meet the standard of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency in accordance with the sustainable development policy of both companies.

Radius Group will build a high-tech production and warehouse complex according to the bts scheme in accordance with Kärcher's terms of reference, including a special production technology. The facility provides tool areas, assembly lines, office space, showroom for demonstration and testing of equipment, as well as a rack storage area. The complex will be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, brighter lighting (energy-efficient LED lighting) is provided here and air conditioning and ventilation systems are strengthened. These solutions will create the most comfortable conditions for several hundred workers to be at the plant at the same time. The facility will have a complex technological filling, equipment, automation and digitalization systems, for its effective operation an additional amount of electricity will be provided.

After the launch, this Kärcher plant will create about 360 jobs with a convenient shift schedule for highly qualified employees. For comfortable, safe and productive work, there is a food room, locker rooms with showers, and a medical room.

Kärcher chose the South Gate industrial park, primarily due to the high quality of the proposed production and storage space, as well as due to the special transport accessibility of the facility - at the intersection of three key federal highways: M4 Don, A107 Moscow Small Ring (MMK) and A113 Central Ring Road. This location helps to build diverse and time-efficient supply chains and simplifies the search for personnel. The park has already formed a large community of workers and employers around it, which guarantees fame and attractiveness as a potential place of work for nearby regional cities such as Vidnoye, Domodedovo, White Pillars, Stupino and Kashira.
