2022: Integration of the company's operating system with the 1C program

On January 18, 2022, the company CorpSoft24 announced that its specialists had completed the project on "" integration with the 1C: Enterprise logistic company's operational management system. " As Logbox a result, Logbox was able to export data cash flow information from the accounting program, see in almost real mode time in its balance of operating system counterparties, and make more effective management decisions based on it.

Logbox Logistics Company is an operator of wagons and containers as part of the Freight Village RU group of companies. It provides freight forwarding services for the transportation of goods in containers using fitting platforms, is one of the largest operators of such platforms in Russia.

Logbox uses several IT solutions to automate business processes, including a commercial and production management system on the IRS Transportation platform and a financial accounting system based on 1C:Enterprise 8 (configuration of CORP Enterprise Accounting).

"Before the start of the project, these solutions were not related. Logbox could not transfer information about cash flow from the accounting program to others. This prevented rapid decision-making, " told Konstantin Kryzhanovsky, the head of department of maintenance "1C" of CorpSoft24.

Specialists have CorpSoft24 integrated these solutions. Including the export-import of data on customer payments in different currencies, as well as other transactions with the funds of Logbox customers from 1C to IRS Transportation, this process will be carried out automatically in the future. You have set up interoperability between systems using Web Services (REST) and synchronized the Contract and Service Guide.

"As a result of the integration, we received up-to-date information about all transactions with customers' cash funds in the system of commercial and production activities and ensured that all transactions on customer's personal accounts are fully automatically reflected. We can now better communicate with customers, service orders and, if necessary, handle receivables. This integration has increased the efficiency of our business. We plan to continue cooperation with CorpSoft24, implement a number of integration flows with systems on the 1C platform, - said Logbox IT Director Sergey Denisov.
