2022: Automation of applications for credit holidays

On January 18, 2022, Innovative People announced that it had automated for OTP Bank the processing of applications for credit holidays from citizens in accordance with the Federal Law of 03.04.2020 No. 106-FZ as part of the Central Bank's measures to  support citizens  of the economy  in the context of the COVID pandemic. Improvements were made in the BPMOnline Claims customer call processing system based on the Terrasoft platform.

In the first 3 months from the beginning pandemics , the number of applications of citizens for credit holidays due to loss of income or ability to work as a result of COVID increased information by 4 times, according to the company, which created a serious burden on the involved divisions. Bank

Innovative People automated the process of receiving applications for the provision of credit holidays, the process of their analysis and routing. As a result, the system reduces the amount of manual work to parse and transfer calls to the BPM system. The period of consideration of appeals does not exceed 5 days.
