In August, 2010 GE Intelligent Platforms announced addition in a line of central processors for a PLC of PACSystems RX3i. The RX3i CPU315 CPU differs in performance and is suitable for the solution of a wide range of the tasks requiring processing of large volume of data and optimization of applications. Typical scopes of the new CPU are Water supply and processing of drain waters, the Power engineering specialist and Management of technology processes.
PACSystems RX3i CPU315 is equipped with the Intel® M processor of a class of 1 GHz providing the speed and productivity of work. The efficiency of CPU315 allows to reduce a machine cycle and thus to increase performance. In addition to the increased performance, CPU315 has 20 MB of a user memory that is twice more, than earlier thanks to what it meets the most critical requirements of customers for high processing speed and large volume of the saved data.
Main advantages of PACSystems RX3i CPU31:
- 20 MB of a user memory with battery support and 20 MB non-volatile user a flash memory
- Memory access of large volume through the reference table %W
- The configured memory of data and programs
- Programming using relay charts, the structured text, language of action block charts and the C programming
- Character variables with autosearch allow to use any quantity of a user memory

PACSystems RX3i is included into family of the innovation programmable avtomatizatsionny controllers (PAC) PACSystems GE.
