The administration of the city district Sterlitamak expands EDMS scales

The administration of the city district Sterlitamak expands scales of use of an electronic document management system Case and implements the Web subsystem of "Delo-Web". Works on implementation and commissioning of EDMS are executed by Medialux company.

The administration of GO the city of Sterlitamak works in an electronic document management system Case since July, 2007 and constantly the number of the employees working in EDMS expands. 5 jobs for document registration, their transfer for consideration to the management and also for reporting were originally purchased.

In the project progress the city administration set the following objects for itself:

• The organization of the unified order of individual and collective work with documents.
• Ensuring quick search of documents in a set of details or on context search in texts of documents.
• Ensuring the automated control of passing and execution of documents.
• Reduction of terms of consideration of office correspondence.
• Reduction of terms of creation of regulations and organizational and administrative documents.
• Organization of online access to documents.
• Transition to the uniform scheme of work with documents.

At the end of June, 2010 the Administration bought a subsystem of "Delo-Web". As a result of implementation Web components in EDMS will work all staff of Administration. The management and subordinates who are en route in business trips and not attendees at jobs, will have an opportunity to work fully with documents, to make orders and to control course of execution, at the configured remote access from the notebook. As a result the mobility and speed of work with normative and administrative documentation increases, process of execution of instructions accelerates. Along with it the Administration conducted procurement of the option "Notification and Notification". The total quantity of the jobs "DELO-Web" reached 41, the same quantity of jobs is purchased for installation of the option "Notification and Notification".
