Against the background of this case, numerous complaints by residents of the republic about poor-quality medical care began to be received, the investigation of which will be carried out by the relevant authorities. In this situation, a personnel decision is inevitable, "wrote the head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, in his Telegram channel. |
After Khalukhaeva's resignation, the Ingush Perinatal Center was headed by Madina Khutieva, who previously worked as a doctor at the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Children and Adolescents of the FMBA of Russia. According to Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, the new acting head physician was tasked with "correctly adjusting the activities of the center and improving the quality of medical services."
According to reports, a video TASS was distributed on the social networks of the region in which relatives of one of the patients reported that after the birth of the child, due to the negligence of the doctors, the woman fell into a coma state, from which she had not left since November 30, 2021. According to the press service of the regional government, the woman was diagnosed with "hypoxic-ischemic damage to the brain brain against the background of hypovolemic shock, swelling of the optic nerve of both eyes."
On January 14, 2022, on the 46th day after the operation in the perinatal center, the woman in labor was transported to the neuroresuscitation department of the Ingush Republican Clinical Hospital "for round-the-clock dynamic observation," the message said on the page of the local Ministry of Health on Instagram.
