Education

In 1986 he graduated from the Golitsyn Higher Military-Political School of the KGB of the USSR. In 1987-1993 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR in the Border Troops (Soviet-Afghan border), received the rank of major. In 1995 he graduated from the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute.

Biography

2007-2014

From 2007 to 2010, he worked as director of the regional development department of Vnesheconombank (VEB). In 2011, Ilgiz Valitov headed the Directorate of Natural Resources and Construction of VEB. Since 2014, he became simultaneously the executive director of China Finance Strategies.

2016
