2021: Implementation of AI-solution in FGIS "VeTIS"
SberAnalytics has developed an AI solution for the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor), which, using artificial intelligence models based on the VETIS FGIS, finds violations in the turnover of animal products, as well as automatically performs additional training of models. This was announced by Sber on January 28, 2022.
The development of SberAnalytics allows you to more closely and quickly track violations in the production of food. The model is built into existing business processes and the IT landscape of the Rosselkhoznadkhor, and its accuracy exceeds 90%. The development of the AI subsystem for the departmental web portal of the Rosselkhoznadzor in order to analyze information from the VETIS FGIS was carried out in four stages, during which technological processes were examined, a model was developed to identify types of violations. The AI subsystem includes models for identifying 30 types of violations, such as the discrepancy between the volumes of raw materials and production volumes, the absence of extinguishing of eMPA on time, the illogical movement of goods, the creation of fictitious production chains to increase production volumes at each stage, phantom sites, etc.
In addition, artificial intelligence assesses the timing of production operations, choosing illogical ones and providing them for analysis to specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
To create models, SberAnalytics specialists used the development of the Sberbank Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and the Sber supercomputer Christofari Neo, which allows you to bring the speed of training to a new level, and its effective performance is 11.95 petaflops.
Specialists of SberAnalytics integrated the AI-system into the industrial circuit of the Rosselkhoznadzor systems, which made it possible to ensure its continuous application and automatic additional training of models on new data.
