About 200 outdoor CCTV cameras provide 24-hour video footage of the northern perimeter of the plant, as well as the warehouse complex and parking lot cars "URAL." IP devices are vandal-tolerant, capable of withstanding extreme temperature mode in the range from − 60 ° С to + 40 ° С, high humidity and atmospheric pressure drops. Video is recorded using cameras and recorders and stored on servers on the local system Customer CCTV.

"To create an isolated and secure video surveillance system, Rostelecom specialists additionally laid an optical communication channel over 2.5 km long. The implementation of the project included not only the installation of video cameras, but also the integration of the video stream into a single local customer video surveillance system. To do this, company employees installed special video servers. Demand for video surveillance is growing annually. In general, in the Southern Urals, about 400 companies in various areas of business already use the service, " said Mikhail Sergeev, director of the Chelyabinsk branch of Rostelecom
