In a Moscow clinic, a patient died during liposuction

According to Ren TV, at first the operation went smoothly, the Muscovite did not have any complications or a reaction to anesthesia. However, after the completion of surgery, her condition deteriorated sharply. The girl was completely blue. They began to provide her with emergency help: they injected adrenaline and gave a heart massage.

According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, the deceased is a native of Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan). The girl had a weight of 72 kg and a height of 165 cm and she was not satisfied with the appearance of her sides and abdomen. In December 2021, she turned to a plastic surgery clinic, where she was offered liposuction. Before the operation, the girl passed the pre-hospital complex. She had no allergy to drugs and contraindications for the operation. Liposuction was carried out by a plastic surgeon with 10 years of experience.

A criminal case has been instituted under part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Production, storage, transportation or sale of goods and products, performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements"). The Khoroshevskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office also began an audit; based on its results, prosecutor's response measures can be taken.[1]
