Sephora is reforming its HR system with a Qlik Sense-based analytics solution. This was announced by Qlik on February 2, 2022.
The rapid international growth of the brand over the past decade has forced Sephora to combine its global HR practices on a single platform to analyze the dynamics of HR data. To do this, Sephora has implemented a cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solution to build the company's global human resources information system (HRIS) worldwide. Sephora will implement a number of solutions to help you manage data on employee needs, workplaces, and recruitment requirements. Qlik, in turn, will help Sephora's HR team analyze this data.
To do this, Qlik developed the People Trends application, available on mobile devices on the Qlik Sense platform. Thanks to him, all Sephora managers received a single source of reliable information about all HR data of the company. Now they can work with up-to-date data that is updated in real time, and make more informed decisions.
People Trends helps you control four functional areas: employee engagement, talent development, recruitment, and organization and effectiveness of human resources management. An intuitive application not only helps to visualize data, but will also become the main "engine" of digitalization of HR processes in the company.
