2021: Identification of critical locations in the current warehouse operation

The purpose of the project was to identify critical locations in the current work of the warehouse, prepare proposals and recommendations for optimizing the current warehouse business processes, improving the efficiency of cargo flow processing, and optimizing the warehouse topology.

The survey recorded deviations that are potentially "growth zones" - areas that need to be worked out in terms of improving warehouse efficiency. Based on the identified problems, step-by-step recommendations for their elimination are given.

Based on the identified features analytical and calculations, as well as taking into account the specifics of technological processes, the concept of warehouse development was developed and recommendations were made on optimization, business processes on the use of equipment, on increasing the capacity and increasing the capacity of the warehouse. The impact of the proposed changes was assessed.
