On February 3, 2022, NORBIT (part of the LANIT group) announced that it had implemented a CRM system on the 1C-Bitriks24: Enterprises platform at Saint-Gobin Construction Products RUS, specializing in the production and sale of building materials. The company received a unified information system for the sales department, automated the processes of lidogeneration and task management.

The CRM system on the Bitrix platform replaced the outdated transaction database used for many years in the company's divisions in different countries. Employees of the Russian sales department could not adjust business processes within the system to their needs, there was no way to analyze the structure of lidogeneration and sales.

Specialists of NORBIT together with the team "Saint-Gobin Construction Products RUS" ("SGPR") implemented a project for the implementation of the CRM system on the platform "1C-Bitriks24: Enterprise." One of the most important elements of the final solution is the principle of using the standard functionality of the platform in order to maintain the flexibility of the system with its support and development.

As part of the project, an extension of the standard functionality of the platform was developed to record the additional history of relations with SGPR customers, which made it possible to optimize sales management processes and organize control over the progress of sales funnel transactions.

The most complex element of the system was the development of a mechanism for automated generation of commercial offers. Account System SGPR products are the software product of the corporation, with SAP integration which it made it possible to synchronize nomenclature directories and price lists, made it possible to automatically calculate commercial proposals. Additionally, work was carried out to integrate the solution with geoservice Yandex for visualization on maps of current and planned projects of "SGPR."
