Lockheed Martin Aeronautics uses Siemens Xcelerator portfolio

2022: Using Siemens Xcelerator Portfolio

On January 31, 2022, Siemens announced that Lockheed Martin's aeronautics division selected Siemens' Xcelerator software and services portfolio to support digital engineering transformations. Xcelerator enables collaboration and interoperability, reducing cycle time per digital stream. Under the multi-year contract, the company plans to use Xcelerator to achieve its goals in the field of digital transformation, taking into account the mission's goals - accelerating the life cycle of programs, reducing costs and stimulating technology. Future programs will use Xcelerator as a digital platform.
