Mishustin instructed to create a system for accounting for breeding animals at Gostekh
On December 7, 2023, the Russian government announced that the Federal State Information and Analytical System of Breeding Resources (FGIAS PR) would be created on the Gostech platform to take into account all types of breeding animals.
