The product is a master system for data collection and analysis, performance monitoring and solution support. The system covers the entire vertical of power in the region, including the level of the governor, his deputies, heads of various departments, sectoral CDTOs, as well as heads of municipalities.

The main quality of the updated system from the AT Consulting East team is the solution of a large range of applications at all levels of regional executive authorities. Previously, it had an ordinary functionality for sitcenters to collect and report data on widgets and dashboards and, above all, helped the head of the region and his deputies prepare for workshops and reporting events.

IAS SC is a large-scale regional multilevel master-system integrated with others, the GIS of the subject. It provides data collection and analysis, monitoring of key indicators of digital transformation, support for management decisions, tools for daily collaboration between CDTO of the region and their teams. The technological basis is the digital platform Smart City Cloud - the company's own development, which is included in the register of domestic software.
