2022: Mastering the project to digitalize the client service to work with legal entities

Rostelecom and the domestic developer in the field of artificial intelligence VS Robotics scaled the project to digitalize the client service. Now the smart robot operator will take over communication with legal entities - customers of Rostelecom, which the latter announced on February 10, 2022.

The companies agreed on a multiple expansion of cooperation: in addition to robotic communications with individuals, a decision was made to develop and introduce new scripts for working with legal entities of large, medium and small businesses. The robot from VS Robotics will also inform Rostelecom's corporate customers about the arrears and specify the terms of payment.

Cooperation between Rostelecom and VS Robotics began in 2018. During this time, using a robotic system, more than 5 million minutes of conversations were processed.

The robot operator recognizes the speech of a person, conducts a realistic dialogue of any complexity, has a high speed of processing information, fixes, and also monitors the quality and effectiveness of negotiations, performs incoming and outgoing calls. The correct and timely use of this tool can significantly reduce costs and reorient the attention of contact center operators to individual work, "said Ilya Kurtsev, director of the Rostelecom credit control center.
