RusHydro intends to create two information systems (IS) on the Russian single software platform. This became known on February 9, 2022.

The larger of the systems (at least 1000 users) is designed to form a consolidated investment program of the RusHydro Group (IS CYPRUS). The second system (at least 400 users) will manage the company's production program (IS SCP).

The "integrated planning module" of the fund and asset management InformSystem (IS UFAP) is responsible for the preparation and formation of the production program in the organization.

As reported in July 2021, RusHydro planned to transfer the entire IS UFAP to, Russian software allocating 350 million rubles for this. The customer does not give the names of the specific developer of the IT platform on which the information InformSystems under consideration will be created. Among the requirements prescribed for it is an indication that the platform and all its components (including the DBMS) should be included in the register of Russian software under the Ministry of Digital Arts.

In accordance with the TA, the CYPRUS IE created must ensure the automation of many processes. Among them are the formation of investment project passports (planned and reported) for types of activities in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, export from IP UPP and manual formation of investment projects (not included in the IP UPP circuit) of investment programs of organizations in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Energy.

Also, the system will form monthly and quarterly reports on the implementation of the investment program, forms of orders for approval of investment programs of electric power entities, flexible reports and analytical tables on the given parameters^[1] will^[2].
