2022: Implementation of "1C: MDM Regulatory Reference Management" system

In February 2022, Axelot announced that the project implemented the 1C: MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management system in Komos Group, and it was decided to use the DATAREON ESB data bus to integrate software solutions used by enterprises into a single loop.

During the implementation of the project, DATAREON specialists solved a number of key tasks, such as:

• Centralization of directories "Counterparties," "Channels sales," "Counterparty Approval Statuses," "Our Organizations," "Cost Items," "Revenue and Expense Items";
• Elaboration of details of directory cards;
• Migration of reference records to MDM system;
• Design and automation of processes for adding and changing directory entries;
• Set up integrations between the MDM system and enterprise accounting systems in terms of the listed directories;
• Training users of key roles to work in the system;
• Develop instructions for system users.
• Using the DATAREON ESB data service bus, a single integration circuit was created that covered all the Holding's enterprises and information systems ELAR Context, Prestima, BPM Creatio, 1C: ERP, 1C: UPP, 1C: Holding Management.

The project made it possible to automate in the system 1C": MDM" business processes for management data and organize a centralized process for the coordination of suppliers and buyers for the holding enterprises. Setting up integrations between ": 1C MDM" and enterprise accounting systems made it possible to form a single entry point for regulatory reference information throughout the holding. Uniform requirements for the rules for filling directories were compiled and a single base of reference directories was created.
