On February 11, 2022, Micron, a Russian manufacturer and exporter of microelectronics, a resident of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ, announced that it called the RFID tag XS-Tag3D/3BD in support of Russian Olympians.

According to the company, at its dimensions (14 x 38 x 3.5 mm), the mark has a reading range of up to 8 meters, which is achieved due to the design of the linear antenna developed by the Micron RFID laboratory.

Size in combination with range optimizes the convenience of marking and expands the range of marked objects, these can be both large structures and small structural elements, sports arenas and small architectural forms. The mark is attached to the objects by means of a clamp joint either of double-sided tape or in their combination.

The operating temperature range of Camila XS-Tag3D/3BD is from - 30 ° C to + 80 ° C, which makes it possible to apply it to industrial, social, cultural and sports facilities in various climatic zones, including metal surfaces and objects. In the line of serial self-adhesive UHF RFID labels for metal, this is the fourth model, all of them are intended for marking for the purpose of inventory, accounting and maintenance of equipment, automation of logistics and warehouse accounting, optimization of routine technical processes.

In total, Micron has more than 200 labels of various types and modifications (including maps, inleys, tags, marking devices and products) for working in RF and UHF frequency ranges with a different set of technical characteristics and properties, depending on tasks, conditions and use scenarios. RFID products of Micron are used for various tasks, including inventory, counterfeiting control, automation of technological processes, warehouse and commercial logistics, as well as for control and control of access to various objects and storage units.

Camila XS-Tag3D/3BD became the first RFID tag of 2022 and will be included in the list of records for the anniversary year of Micron.
