On February 15, 2022, AT Service announced that it had restored the operability of the weight and size control post on the Ischerskaya-Chervnyaya highway in the Chechen Republic. The company's specialists repaired the inductive loop, which determines that a vehicle appeared in the measurement zone. AT Service also carries out quarterly maintenance of the facility.

The Ischerskaya-Chervennaya highway is one of the main transport arteries of the Chechen Republic, it connects the Naursky and Shelkovskaya districts with Grozny, it connects with neighboring regions. Weight and size control was implemented on the highway, but due to the fact that some drivers violate the rules for transporting goods, the equipment of one of the posts failed. Under load, the inductive loop broke, determining that a vehicle appeared in the measurement zone.

AT Service specialists carried out repairs, and in less than a month the functionality of the weight and size control post was completely restored. The company also entered into an annual contract for the provision of services for quarterly maintenance (scheduled) maintenance of the complex and, if necessary, emergency recovery work.

The control post provides measurement of weight and size parameters of the vehicle without stopping or reducing speed and is a high-tech complex of equipment and software. It includes weight sensors, slippage sensors and inductive loops - all of which are mounted directly into the asphalt surface. On frame supports there are: cameras that recognize the number of the vehicle; surveillance cameras, with the help of which general photographs of the vehicle are taken; sensors determining vehicle dimensions; information board for drivers. The specialized software collects and analyzes all information, generates the results of measurement of weight and overall parameters.

Effective work on weight and size control allows us to maintain the quality of the roadway for a longer time, and also increases revenues to the budget of the Republic. High-tech control systems operate in the region, they need to be serviced and repaired in a timely manner.
