2022: Service Presentation

On February 15, 2022, TransTeleCom presented a service for subscribers - ItHelper.

ItHelper is a comprehensive program for solving computer problems and managing wireless networks. With its functionality, you can perform such actions as managing the Internet and Wi-Fi network, diagnosing the state of your computer, finding out the amount of system cache and browsers, and in case of questions, round-the-clock technical support in everything will help.

The program will perform a detailed check of the Wi-Fi environment. It will allow you to see the settings of the router, optimize the level of the Internet signal, and also check whether Wi-Fi does not interfere with neighbors. ItHelper shows the current state of the connection and the surrounding networks that interrupt the connection.

Another convenient service function that concerns work on the Internet and is associated with the possibility of diagnosing a connection: the system tabs show the speed of Internet connection, detailed information about installed browsers, the name of the provider and external IP address, the list of available Wi-Fi networks and traffic consumption data.

In the "System Information" section, you can not only see the characteristics of the device (the amount of RAM, the volume of the hard disk and other parameters), but also monitor in real time the current state and peak values ​ ​ of the load on the processor and its temperature.
