I-Teco completed the project of increase in efficiency of document flow of "subsidiaries" of TNK-BP

The companies I-Teco, "Tanais" also TNK-BP completed the project of replication of the standard solution, automation of a contracted work, in TNK-BP Northern Capital Closed joint stock company "Kareliyanefteprodukt, LLC and TNK-Yaroslavl JSC.

Background

Need for the project caused heterogeneity of the accounting information systems (SAP, Navision, 1C, the Globe, etc.) used in affiliated enterprises of the customer. Implementing solution "The Processing and Trade template based on the DIRECTUM system allowed to create a common information space for organized storage and operational work with contractual documentation.

The project started in the first half of 2010. The companies I-Teco and "Tanais" carried out a full range of works on replication of a template which included setup of a system under operating activities of child structures TNK-BP on the basis of data of the gap-analysis executed by the customer, pretestovy and test operation, training more than 170 users and consultation at a stage of trial operation.

Opinion

"The project had two essential features. First, all works were carried out less than for half a year, i.e. to very short term. Secondly, strict schedule performance of works as implementation went at the same time on different platforms was one of the main requirements of the customer. Experience, qualification and ability to work in consortium allowed us to complete the project at the high level and just in time", – the manager of projects of I-Teco company Gennady Proskurin reported.
