On February 11, 2022, RGS Bank, a bank for motorists (part of the Otkritie Bank group), announced that it had launched a car loan pipeline and a partner management system based on the FIS Platform business application designer .

In order to increase the manageability of the credit pipeline on the side of the bank and more flexible business configuration for key partners from the automotive sector, a special technological solution was developed. The created platform fully supports the end-to-end process of car lending, from the application to the issuance of a loan, and contains all the necessary software modules.

The application module with a credit calculator makes it possible to select according to the primary parameters of any product for car loans, taking into account the offers of service and insurance services. The auto recognition module allows you to identify the applied customer documents and significantly reduces the time to issue a request. The risk module contains a flexible and customizable system for making decisions on customer requests.

In addition, as part of the project, a partner management module was created that made it possible to automate relations with all counterparties of the bank: car dealerships, dealers, insurance and service companies. Through the innovative settings and algorithms for the car lending market embedded in this module, the bank saves significant sums of money and even more quickly fulfills its obligations to partners.

Since November 2021, the entire WGS Bank network in 88 cities in 64 regions of the Russian Federation has been switched to the FIS solution. Given the importance of the project being implemented at different periods of its implementation, the FIS team ranged from 25 to 40 people.
