2022: Digital Transformation of Human Resources
On February 21, 2022, SberKorus, a digital platform for companies and individuals, announced that, together with IT company Weigandt Consulting, they had completed a digital transformation of the personnel document flow in the Russian division. In February 2022, 100 employees of the company were connected to the SberKorus KEDO service, which issued more than 350 electronic personnel documents.
The digitalization of personnel documentation in Weigandt Consulting made it possible to establish simple and fast processes of interaction with employees. The company's operating costs for KEDO were lower than the cost of courier services for the delivery of paper documents. The labor costs of the personnel department for processing documents decreased by 35%, and the percentage of lost documents decreased to zero.
Employees of Weigandt Consulting were able to work and interact with the company in an online format: sign an employment contract and confidentiality agreement by electronic signature, transfer documents containing personal data, send vacation applications, receive and sign additional agreements to labor contracts, travel orders, internal regulations and other personnel documents.
The use of KEDO was an important step in increasing the attractiveness of the company to current employees and candidates. Another important factor was the legal significance of electronic documents issued by KEDO in the case of verification of the company by supervisory and supervisory authorities.
The implementation of KEDO in Weigandt Consulting began in October 2021. At the first stage, testing was carried out with the participation of 20 employees. At the second stage, the system was extended to all remote employees. The third stage began in January 2022. As of February 2022, all employees are transferred to KEDO.
Each implementation team member required a maximum of 4 working hours per week. The implementation was carried out in the background relative to other activities of the company, so the work was not significant.
The pros of the service that were important for the company:

- easy entry of employees into the service with a password through the Sber ID or by SNILS number;
- guarantee of long-term service operation and reliability of SberKorus (100% subsidiary of Sber);

The first figure that we liked when implementing KEDO SberKorus is 0 rubles. which we spent on implementation. The service works from the cloud, which is very convenient for us. We have an active growth in hiring, while hiring has mainly become regional. There is a need to send paper documents, and this takes time, and a lot. We lose qualified candidates when hiring: they accept an offer, but while paper paperwork is underway, they change their decision and do not go to work with us on the agreed date. And this is a very serious financial loss. We decided that we would sign labor contracts in electronic form before going to work.
