A7 AGRO - Orenburg Dairy Plant - a center for the production and supply of dairy products in the Orenburg Region. The company processes several hundred tons of raw materials daily and sells about 60 items of food products. An industrial facility of this size requires uninterrupted operation of the equipment with an efficiently organized maintenance system. The plant entrusted the implementation of a solution for automation of technological processes and M&R of the Novosibirsk company Novosofit.

When looking for a system for planning repairs, the main criterion was the ability to automatically obtain data on the operation of the equipment, said lead engineer for automation and mechanization of production processes Sergey Savelyev.

As part of the delivery of software for A7 AGRO-OMK, Novosofot solved the tasks of monitoring and diagnosing equipment for processing dairy products, automatically evaluating the volume of planned work and ranking them by priority, as well as introducing a convenient graphical interface for quick and effective management of work processes. The SCADA NERPA system made it possible to systematize and structure the equipment used at the enterprise, as well as to establish its monitoring, diagnostics and maintenance.

The team of specialists "Novosophot" installed the developed solution remotely, which allowed to reduce the time of implementation and avoid additional costs. The developers also conducted online training on the use of software for mill personnel in real time.
